To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abu77 shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damages, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss or corruption of data, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss arising from your use of the Platform, even if abu77 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered through it, including during periods of scheduled maintenance or due to technical failures outside abu77's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude abu77's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. abu77's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

abu77 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be published on this page with the effective date noted at the top. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
